STUD CONTRACT

The following contract outlines the agreement between _________________, owner of female dog __________________________ and Kimberly Smith, owner of male dog Rolo, CKC # _______________. The two parties have agreed to mate their animals for the purpose of selling any puppies that result from the breeding. The breeding will take place at the house of ____________ starting the week of _______ through ___________. Upon the successful pregnancy of _____________ the following stipulations will be in place:

1. Kimberly Smith has rights to “pick of the litter”. Once the chosen puppy is healthy enough to be weaned from the mother, Kim may take possession of the puppy or ask mothers owner to sell the puppy and receive the amount of the sale. A decision on this will be communicated to Kimberly at least one week prior to the puppy(s) eight week birthday.

2. If only one puppy is healthy at the time of weaning, mothers owner will sell the puppy to her choice of buyers. Upon sale of the puppy a $________ fee will be paid to Kimberly Smith.

3. If no puppies are alive or in proper health to sell or if no pregnancy is achieved between the two dogs then this agreement is null and void.

Any deviations from these stipulations must be agreed upon and added above prior to both parties signing below.
